My first attempt at YouTube for Culinary Zest. Roasting Chestnuts! Eeeeeek! Not perfect by a long stretch, but I know I’ll get better as I go along 🙂 Chestnuts have been a favourite of mine for many years now. Chestnuts are something I look forward to every Fall and I look for them early!
This is the first video I filmed and posted on Culinary Zezt. I never had the time to edit properly and get it done the way I wanted. I decided that if I didn’t get it done now, it wasn’t getting done at all.
One word…err, two words actually! Nerve. Wracking.
